Great game, failed syncing??

Downloaded game I used to love. Entered my birthday. Clicked verify in an email. Opened app again. Entered my birthday. Threw some angry birds at some pigs.

Yesterday, opened app--must verify email. Entered birthday. Clicked verify in an email. Tried to create account; "something went wrong."

All of the levels I had passed over the last week are gone. I didnt delete the app or even move it around the screen or into/out of a folder.

This is why I stopped playing years ago, because I went from an iPod Touch to an iPhone and there was no way to save progress. Someone just assured me that Rovio had syncing now. Guess that aint true. Deleted.
